As a fourth-generation resident of a region steeped in history, I write stories inspired by family lore, historical record, and the human experience. Drawing from the rich tapestry of cowboys, pioneers, Native Americans, and immigrants, I capture the stories of people who have lived on this land for at least one-hundred fifty years. I aim to bring these tales to life, transporting readers to the vast plains and hilltops that have witnessed the struggles and triumphs of generations past.
When I'm not writing, I enjoy life with my husband on a working ranch--gardening, photography, donkeys and cows--and all things grandchildren.
